hi. i'm moving out of my place and my housemate is looking for a fun, laid back renter.
the space is absolutely beautiful... it's a four bedroom ranch style house eight miles outside of athens. the mailing address is "nicholson, georgia" but it's closer to athens than nicholson is. we're basically on 334 just off 441 as you leave athens, an easy ride to an from town. there are six acres of land adjacent to the property and i think those are all owned by the landlord. there are neighbors on both sides, but not super close. and there are five cows in the yard.
my housemate has two super sweet puppies. they are australian shepherd dogs that are almost a year old. a boy and a girl. siblings.
rent is $800 for the place, which would be $400 person for two people. i'll have stuff in one of the nearby bedrooms until memorial day and may couch surf until then (in which case i'll contribute to rent / utilities) but am moving back north where i have steadier income opportunities for the summer.
mike is on my friends' list on tribe. he's a great guy. not into drama, just an honest, hard working, no bullshit, low maintenance guy. just be prepared to endure his south park jokes! he's as addicted to quoting south park as i am addicted to quoting spinal tap.

Sun, March 25, 2007 - 11:02 AMi should add that i put down $400 for the deposit, too, and i'd like to get that back before november, but if someone wants to rent and is low on funds, but can pay the deposit over two or even three months, that'd be fine with me.
